Communal

In order to genuinely believe and act in a way that shows that people and living species are more important than exotic holidays and new toys we need to nurture and deepen our relationships with others and to fire up our compassion toward those in need, the young and future generations of living creatures on this planet. So how can we nuture our compassion and engagement so as to contribute?

Environmental

People are at the heart of the current environmental crisis. The groups people form are the most powerful force for change available to us. Climate change, the corrosion of natural services and the diminishment of nature all have their source in the ignorance, greed and stubbornness of human groups, be they governments, companies, organisations, families and friends. Addressing these poisons in our society and working together to repair our planet is the key challenge of this and many future generations.

Wellbeing

Our "affluent" society takes a disproportionate share of the world's resources to support an unsustainable lifestyle while the remainder of the world's people and most of its natural systems suffer. Currently we maintain this position on top of the global pile through ignorance, fear, greed, anxiety, racism and violence. Yet many are swimming against this tide and together seeking to craft a sustainable, wise and fair world.
